About Me:
Hey, my name is Justice Proulx. I am 22 years of progress. My diverse experiences range from a mix of sports, and different training routines. These have made Healthy Life Style choices a major part of my life, creating a burning passion and seek for knowledge on the subject. If it pushes our bodies to limits, teaches us about our strengths, weaknesses, or general health benefits I'M IN.
Over the last few years, I have tried many different training methods: weight, body weight, band training, while also combining the different methods. I have taken up meditation for the cleaning, calming, peace of the mind and body. All of these different methods have benefits, that any and anyone can achieve, we all need to remember that we have the strength within us to reach all our goals and prosper within our lifetimes.

Full body workouts can also keep you more balanced as a whole unit, from my personal experiences.

The body-weight routines are for any level of fitness, they can have minimal weight (just body, or have a step stole for help), you can also add more weight to yourself with plates and a backpack or just some big text books (if you do not have a weight jacket on hand). Just adjust to your individual needs.
